How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. Prepaid orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched the same day. COD orders are processed within 1 business day.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes! We deliver to all major cities and towns across India. Delivery to remote areas may take slightly longer.

🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Policies
Do you offer returns?
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery only for damaged or incorrect items. An unboxing video is mandatory. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please email us at ratnavali.textile@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your Order ID and unboxing video. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Who pays for return shipping?
A return shipping charge of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund. For exchanges, a fee of ₹150 covers pickup and re-delivery.
How do I request an exchange?
Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving the product with your Order ID, reason for exchange, and an unboxing video. Our team will guide you through the process.
