At Ratnavali Textile, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. Please read our return, refund, and exchange policies carefully.

🛒 Return Policy

• Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery.
• Only eligible for wrong or damaged items.
• Unboxing video is mandatory for all return claims.
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
• Email us at ratnavali.textile@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your Order ID and unboxing video.

🔁 Exchange Policy

• We only offer exchange for damaged or incorrect products.
• Product must be in original condition and packaging.
• Exchange shipping fee: ₹150 (includes pickup & re-delivery).
• Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving the product.

💸 Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued only for damaged or incorrect items.
• ₹100 will be deducted as return shipping charge.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after item passes quality check.
• COD orders will require bank/UPI details for refund.
• Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
