2. Products & Orders

We offer ethnic and western wear, including kurtis, sarees, salwar suits, lehengas, and more.

All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes.

We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and COD.

In case of a failed or duplicate payment, please contact our support team immediately.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Prepaid orders are usually dispatched the same day.

Standard delivery time is 5–7 working days, depending on location.

Tracking details will be provided once the order is shipped.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect products, within 3 days of delivery.

An unboxing video is required to process return/refund requests.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after quality verification.

Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them or before dispatch.

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Ratnavali Textile and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
